Abort the Abortion Vote!!!

Voters in South Dakota will be voting on an issue to deny or uphold a law banning all abortions except in the case of saving the mother. That’s right folks; pregnancies resulting from rape or incest have to go to term.

It’s a waste of time. Why vote, when Bill O’Reilly has the all the answers?

"South Dakota, as you know, has voted to outlaw abortions unless the mother's life is in danger, which is never the case, because you can always have a C-section and do those kinds of things."

--FOX News Channel's Bill O’Reilly

Evidently, Blowhard Bill has experienced the wonder that is "being with child…"

I don't understand why the Federal court has not intervened here! The Fed courts have to uphold the SCOTUS ruling here. Instead they are putting it on an effing ballot? What the hell is going on here?

Oh and of course it's not that Bill has been with child, it's that he's a graduate (Magna Cum Dickhead) of the Bill Frist school of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

It's just a timing issue. This bill just passed a couple of months ago and there was no time for the SCOTUS to hear it...From what I've heard it is not going to be upheld.

Leave the "Great Fristini" alone. After all he can diagnose people from hundreds of miles away.

Damn right it won't stand. SCOTUS shouldn't even have to hear it, though. The Federal circut court is supposed to strike it down before it even gets to SCOTUS. If they don't, then of course the big 9 will have to step in. But their ruling is supposed to hold sway on this issue, and I'm surprised that this wasn't pounced on immediately.

They're trying to get a law like that passed here, too. It's bullshit. The courts just keep chipping away at women's rights.

Must Legislate "morality" Aisby...Conform Conform!!

And it's the Republicans who claim to not want judges who legislate form the bench. THey just don't want judges to legislate things that they don't like.
