It’s Friday and I am beginning the weekend early. Before I go, I submit to you some miscellaneous thoughts and questions.
Why are farts funny? Occasionally, I find them funny. One of my brothers, at the ripe old age of 44 finds them extremely funny. Okay, if it happens in front of group of people in certain social situations, it’s funny because of the sheer rudeness. My brother finds them hysterical when it’s just him and I.
Although I don’t get pop-ups too often anymore, receiving a pop-up ad asking me if I am tired of getting pop-up ads amuses me.
The Jews and the Muslims certainly should be able to make peace. I mean these two groups have the willpower to avoid bacon. C’mon BACON!! If they have the strength and fortitude to avoid eating something as damn tasty as bacon, then they should be able to forge a sustainable peace.
One price all you can eat. Salad Bars, Breakfast Bars, Taco Bars…Great things, but when is someone going to invent the one price all you care to drink Alcohol Bar!!?
It’s really hot out west. Of course that statement always elicits the comment, “Yeah, but it’s a dry heat.” Ahhhhg… So is oven heat why don’t you go stick your head in one.
The college football season starts in a little over a month. Thank God….Go Irish!!
