Sautee some onions and mushrooms in butter
See How lovely that looks?
Cook the shrooms and onions with the burger along with Worcestchire Sauce, Red Vinegar and Garlic Powder.
After everything is done, along with Sour Cream, grease the bun and put the mixture on the bun and serve with sliced tomatoes...Cheers!!
And remember...If you dont grease the bun, it's not a Loosemeat Sandwich.

Well, now you've done it! I was nauseous upon logging onto your site and then I saw the food! Is the nausea from drinking or migraine? I don't know. Maybe the migraine is actually from drinking too? Any way, URP! Gotta Go!
Those 'maters look yum-oh! Are they beefsteak? Couldn't find any when I was in OH - major bummer.
That looks sooooooo typically Midwestern. And I'm SURE that YOU did the clean-up, right? WRONG! Sorry, Schmoop - I hope he didn't make too big of a mess.
I saw those on one of those travel shows. Looks pretty good! I'm sure I could get my family to choke one down :)
Songbird is spot on --those maters look yummy even if they've been hacked at LOL
And it's about fucking time you got this up LOL
Maybe you can extrapolate on the recipe a little tomorrow sugar
Smooch
Oh i have something to cook for the next kid~fest visit!
BTW~ what do you mean by grease the bun? Im with TB a little more info?
Well, I don't like mushrooms...but other than that, it looks good. ;)
Hope you had a great weekend!
Hey make one for me ;D
what do you "grease the bun" with? butter? Crisco? lard?
MATT-MAN: First off, ummm TURN, what more can be said about the recipe? Sheesh... do you need to know whether you put two drops or three of the Worcestershire sauce? Gosh woman.... extrapolate this! bwahahahahahaha
Ummm Matt...what kind of 'grease" are you putting on her I mean THE buns?
Now i understand why you call it loosemeat!
**feels her life is complete now**
My tomatoes look much better!
Tee hee hee!!!
I don't think we have those in australia. if we did, I think we'd toast the buns....
Oh well..I missed the sandwich yesterday...I'll have it for breakfast today!
Looks good tho....
Peace
Looking at this WITHOUT the nausea, it looks quite yummy! Maybe it's just cause I haven't eaten in almost 48 hours! Just kidding! I think I'll try this!
That looks really good. I wish I had some tomatoes like that.
That does look good, Matt-Man! I can "picture" the smell in my head of the onions, shrooms and meat cooking. Do they have a word for that in any language -- picturing a smell in your head? If not, I'll make one up -- ensmellioning. No, how about enscentioning?
I, too, want to know what you use to grease the old buns. Butter seems straightforward and if you don't imagine Last Tango in Paris... Gag. Sorry, there goes the appetite.
Those tomato's look yummy!
As for that loose sammy....did you ever spend time in jail? I'm serious.
Have a great week!
Oh, now I know what a loosemeat sandwich is. Looks like a yummy mess! I want one!
Just did the English version of them thar sarnies a couple weeks ago. The red vinegar replaced with malt vinegar, sour cream with creme fraiche and the bun with a bap.
I did butter the baps, does that still count on the greasing criteria front?
Thanks for not trotting out the Currier & Ives plate again!
Dinner looks yummy to me!
Bam! You could be the Bagwine Emeril!
Bam!
So THAT'S a loosemeat sandwich! Hey I saw a recipe the other day for mac and spam. How many spam recipes have you made?
