In honor of Cinco de Mayo and the Kentucky Derby falling on the same day, I was going to get drunk on tequila and ride a horse down to the Taco Bell Drive-Thru, but I am opting to stay at home and partake of some food and drink. I'm so glad you decided not to ride that horse to Taco Bell. It's much better to stay home and throw those Pringles in the microwave.

Add more salt.
Smoke the generics.
Add salt to them as well (enhances the flavor....or so I've been told)
But tell me, Does the Wild Irish go with the weiners or the Pringles? That has always confused me.
Now that looks like my kind of buffet! Mmmmm...those pringles are looking mighty tasting...wash it down with some WIR and then top it off with a beer ;o)-
