Happy St. Patrick's Day From Bagwine...A Musical Interlude

While I am letting my Irish meat marinate, I have to have some tunes palpitating throughout the digs ya know.

I've listened to The Dubliners, The Irish Rovers, and of course U2, but my fave Irish band (although Bob Geldof and the Boomtown Rats are a close second) is The Cranberries.

Here's the uber sexy Dolores O'Riordan and The Cranberries with Zombie...

You can scroll down for more frivolity and mayhem.

Cheers!!

Remember: You can join me through my blog updates, on my Twitter account, on my Facebook page, and through Yahoo Instant Messaging (neshobadude) throughout the day.

U2 and The Cranberries are great choices. The others I don't know so well.

Yesterday I bought the new cd by Celtic Thunder as a hostess gift for the St Pat's dinner I'm going to this evening. I'm hoping I can borrow it back and load it in for my iPod.

David: With any luck they won't like the CD and give the entire CD back to ya. Cheers David!!

I like your thinking there. I get credit for taking a gift but don't actually have to give anything.

Kind of like inviting someone to dinner or something knowing in advance they can't attend. Invitation extended, no obligation to do anything.

Not being the big music person, I've not heard this band before but that is a real kick ass song that perfectly fits my mood today.

Gettin' a buzz yet?

David: Ha...We think alike...I'm not sure if I like that. Cheers David!!

Sim: Oh Sim, get on You Tube and listen to them. They are great (early to mid 90's). They have more "uplifting" songs but they are fantastic no matter what they do.

I have a bit of a buzz, but I have been staying busy, so I'm not crap faced yet. Cheers to ya, Sim!!
