In order to appease Schmoop who has to work today and will be rolling her eyes at me when she gets home, I told her that I would make something good for dinner.
So I am making Irish Steaks...
Now you may ask yourself..."What makes these Irish Steaks, Matt-Man?"
Well, let me tell ya.
I also added one part drunkenness, one part fist fight, and two parts of tears shed when making up with the drunken Irish friend of yours that you got into a fight with.
I'm a fucking o'genius.
Of course we are eating healthier these days so I am also going to make a Mexican dish called, Verduras Mixtas.
What is that you ask? It's this...
Hope you're all enjoying St. Patty's Day. More later...
Cheers!!

Smart move there Matt-Man getting dinner started early on before too much o' the spirits.
David: Damn right...All I have to do tonight is just throw it in the oven. Or perhaps Schmoop can, so I don't catch myself on fire. Cheers David!!
I dare say this is the first time a can of Kroger value mixed vegetables has ever appeared in a blog picture.
Mike: Ha. Oh shit you kill me. I do like to be a trend setter. Cheers Mike!!
I usually go with the Walmart Great Value frozen mixed veggies. Unless, I want the mixed veggies that have the baby limas in there, then I get the Best Choice.
Jay: Damn...you have such a discriminating palate. Me? I am but a mere peasant, a peon, a serf. I hunger only for the crumbs thrown to me by them man, I---okay I'm done. Cheers Jay!!
Huh the meat picture looks like rasberries in beet juice?
Lu: Now that was just hurtful. People who truly know me know that I only marinate meat in raspberries and beet juice on Lenin's Birthday. Cheers Lu!!
ha Ha HA !!! Verduras Mixtas... sounds Latin t'me - or would that be Verduas Mixitas
either way, it sounds like somebody's motto.
Dice: Ha. It does sound like a motto. Cheers Dice!!
