Some people have pushers, some have pimps. This is Jeff, my Wild Irish Rose peddler. Jeff is a Yankee's fan. That in itself makes me leery of him. He looks like a cross between Derek Jeter, A-Rod, and Hideki Matza-What's-His-Name.The results are in, and you guys did a fine job. If I had had a girl her name would have indeed been Erin. Shannon is a nice name...for a river in Ireland! Don'tcha know, NO self respectin' Irishman would name his daughter after a river.
Of course, I gave my daughter a beautiful Irish/Celtic name. Too bad I didn't do more research - in Ireland, it's traditionally a male child's name, and it's Protestant! What a screw up I turned out to be, giving it to my Catholic daughter.
Sigh.
