Ear-I-Lee Funny

I won't have a post ready until later today, so in order to make your Monday Morning Blues a little more tolerable, I have yet another picture of proof of my son's early signs of genius. He was about 7 years old when this was taken. Man, that is one long Q-Tip isn't it?
Cheers...

At that age he reminds me of my best friend Andy's son Brian...they could be cousins if not brothers...

Oh lord.. he is his daddy's boy isn't he?? You have a keeper fer sure!

Lizza said...

Hahaha! Nice trick, and I love his naughty grin.

What a great photo. You should take up scrapbooking. I can see you there with your Irish rose in one hand and your acid free paper and those fancy stamps and things all spread out while you argue with the other scrapbookers about design.

Ears to you, Ryno!

There is no doubt as to this boy's parentage, is there?

True comedic genius in the making...

Oh come on now, Matt. Just because you can pass a Q-tip through the empty space between yer ears doesn't mean that Ryan was doing that. He's using 2 Q-tips to create the illusion. It was his way of trying to make you feel better about yourself. That's a compassionate boy you have there.

That grin is priceless!

Bond: Dont try to hone in on my son's skills.

Cheesy: Those big ears prove that he's mine.

Lizza: The naughty grin doesnt tell half of the story!!

Marilyn: Ha...You just described a Twilight Zone story line.

Mo: I think he'll grow into them. If not, I'll feel bad.

Songbird: The student has surpassed the teacher.

Allie: Why do you insist on shattering the illusion put forth by a young child? Cant you just let the illusion live on.? Dream Shatterer!!

Laura: Thank you very much, you are so much nicer than your fellow Washingtonian!!

Lisa: Thank you very much...He's a pretty swell kid.

Thanks Deb so am I. He's a damn good kid.

Odat: Oh I dont know. I find protesting plastic pigs funny and he finds Q-Tips in the ear funny. Hmmmmmmm?

Thanks Kim, he's good looking even though comedy is not pretty!!

I´m amazed. He´s got great skills. Honestly I´m more amazed than a few years ago... when I watched Roger Rabbit pushing a blowrag through his rabbit ears, because

1) Roger Rabitt is a toon - I didn´t expect anything else
2) Ryno has such a cuuuuute grin - the toon rabbit cannot beat this!

Sanni my dear I think Ryno is bordering on being a super hero. Cheers lovely one.

wish I could introduce himto my 7 year old daughter, she likes spiders snakes and dinosaurs. do you think they would hit it off?
oh almost forgot she drew a pic for her uncle.... a steaming bag of shit. her words not mine!

Schmoop said...

Wow Cathy, that's sounds exactly like the kinda girl he'd like. He would say, "You's had me at bag of shit." Cheers...

The Q-tips are certainly a good start. Then of course comes graduation to the nose thumbing and the big wet raspberry.

But with Ryno's level of talent and your fine example, he's probably moved beyond that to pull my finger.

Schmoop said...

Trav: Can one really outgrow the humor involved with pulling one's finger?

The Boy said...

Clearly he has a clean and fine mind if he can do that with a long q-tip...

Thanks for putting it kindly boy.
