I don't think people who are anonymous are the problem as such. For instance I can warn my kids not to communicate or interact with anonymous folks. The danger is from people pretending to be something they aren't. It is harder to get your kid to understand that someone on the internet may be deliberately trying to mislead them with evil intent.
