The Skies Are Clearing

Happy Hump Day, Bitches!!

As some of you could tell, things in the World of Bagwine have not been quite so chipper of late.

The reasons, we need not go into...but there has been some rainy weather of sorts.

Because of this, I have been remiss in posting, responding to your comments, and making my blog rounds.

To aid in my good mood recovery, I have tinkered with my website.

I think I like it better; what about you? It was just a shot of change to help jump start my climb out of the doldrums.

Yesterday’s post was kind of a dry run. I didn’t really put much effort into trying to be amusing, and for those of you who read it, you found that to be quite evident.

I still have a few things to put back on the site, and some other slight modifications to make, but for the most part, this is going to be the new look.

I am going to spend today finishing the site up, and working on a couple of new ideas, so one more day of virtual In-Mattivity in the Blogosphere.

But, beginning Thursday, I should be back in Bagwine form and return to commenting and visiting with all of you lovely people.

I even have a new, monthly segment for all of you tomorrow as well…
The Monthly Bagwine Whore-O-Scope

Yes folks, I will be sitting ‘neath the stars and reading the backwash in the bottom of a Wild Irish Rose bottle, in order to give each and every sign of the zodiac its monthly road map.

Should be exciting, no?

I want to say one last thing today. I want to send everyone who sent me an email over the last few days inquiring about my mental and emotional well-being, a big, Bagwine Thank You.

Though I haven’t gotten back to all of you, I truly appreciate it.

Well, except for the one chick who emailed me and basically told me to, snap out of it, get my shit together, and quit being a slacker.

By the way, Mizz Bedside Manner, you still owe me a cup of coffee.

So with that, I bid you adieu until tomorrow. Once again, have a Happy Hump Day, and as always…

Cheers!!

Okay, um...I've been remiss in commenting on your malaise. I'm sorry. Flog me if you wish.

Looking forward to your new feature. Should be quite stimulating. *wink*

Been there, funked that!

I think it's just a thing we like to call life.

I like the new leaner cleaner look of the site. Nice work. Hang in there man, the blahs will be behind you before you know it.

Sunny weather to you, sir!

Whore-a-scope! I love it! Can't wait to see what you've come up with. Hope things are looking more sunny now.

Hope things are less rainy soon.

Not sure if this is just a Firefox thing or what, but the posts are showing up beneath the sidebar instead of next to it. Just a sec... lemme check to see if it does the same thing in Explorer....
Hmmm. Shows up just fine with Explorer.

Must be a Firefox thing....?

On a completely unrelated note, today is my 2-year blogiversary.
The Jannaverse is officially a toddler.

My next goal is to have it potty-trained.

Songbird: Stimulating? The Whore-O-Scope or the Flogging. ; ) Cheers!!

Jeff: Things are better, and thanks. Cheers Jeff!!

Nick: Why thank ya kind sir. I shall see you soon. Cheers!!

First thought on the new look was that it as clean and fresh as the shine on your dome. That would be you cranium cover, not... I like the rainy day pic. To your mood of late, *smooches* We all have to go there. The trick is to come back.

Schmoop said...

Winter: It will either be funny or completely moronic. Either way, what the hell? Cheers!!

Janna: Yeah it must be Firefox, looks fine here. I shall be by to offer my congrats. Cheers Janna!!

Schmoop said...

Lu: My dome is pretty smooth and shiny, isn't it? I'm feelin' much better, and ready to funnycize again. Cheers Lu!!

I never would have told you to snap out of it, get your shit together and to quit being a slacker....

I would have told you to get your head out of your ass, wipe your mouth and move on!

What? Not enlightening? Screw it.

I'm glad you're feeling better Mr. Matt-Man. I'm also digging the new digs. Cheers, my darling!

Schmoop said...

Leighann: I prefer to keep my head up my ass when moving on. That way I only have to deal with one asshole...mine. Cheers!!

April: Well, I am glad you stopped by, as well. And I shall return the visit no later than tomorrow. Thanks again. Cheers April!!

Lady Jaye: Thanks, you're the best!! I'll "see" ya soonly. Cheers LJ!!

...just ask yourself: What Would Chipper Do?

Phfrankie: Ha. Well knowing Chipper, he would get drunk and cheat on his wife. Cheers!!

We all get ourselves into a funk now and again. My preferred method of dealing is chocolate, wine and a bubble bath. Or a really good bitch session with my gf. Glad to hear you're perking up again!

Angell said...

Ahh Matt-Man. Dude, sux that you've been in a funk, but remember, life could always be worse right?

Love the new look and am eagerly anticipating the debut of the Bagwine Whor-o-scope.

SMOOCHES and all the good stuff.

I am looking forward to reading your whore-o-scope. It should be very enlightening for all of us whores. Glad you are coming out of the funk.

Schmoop said...

Apple: Perking up indeed, and the vino is flowing. Cheers!!

Angell: you are always good for a smile. Thanks, and have a lovely day. Cheers!!

Amber: Thanks, and I will make sure to link you up and stop by tomorrow. Cheers!!

OK, so should the post be below the sidebar?

Can you not find 20 or 30 more pictures of yourself to put onto your template?

I did not send you an email asking about your mental state of mind because I do not believe you have a mind...

With this new change will your sign-off of "cheers" become "Cherrio"?

Marilyn said...

I do like the cleaner look but I read you in Firefox too and it screws up your layout. Also, if it's "bagwine" why does Wild Irish Rose come in a bottle? Did you know that old bagwine bags are handy for carrying water when you're camping?

I am sorry I haven't been more there for you. I hope things get better.

That wavy thing you did with the picture in this post makes your arms look even more muscular. I like that.

I send you my best matt-man. Feel better soon.

Normally when I get into a funk a night out at the strip clubs makes it all better. Just a suggestion. ;-)

Desert Songbird said...

Oh, I thought you KNEW that the post shows below the sidebar. Oh, well...I'm NOT converting to IE, so I guess I'll have to live with it.

Schmoop said...

Bond: Yeah, I could find some pictures of me for the site, thanks for the tip. And no, there seems to be a glitch when viewing in Firefox. I'll try to fix it tonight. Cheers!!

MArilyn: 'Cause you slip the bottle into a bag. No need to feel that way ya funny girl. Cheers!!

Hammer: Well on my way, Hammer, and thanks. Cheers!!

Schmoop said...

Jay: I would take your advice but Schmoop works at our strip club. I see her enough at home. Cheers!!

Songbird: Nope. I'll tinker with it later. Cheers!!

Micky: See, what happens!? Hope you guys had fun. Cheers!!

Ahhh, Matty! It does my heart good to see a smile on your pretty face. I've missed your witty repartee, and wonderful smarmy snerk. Seems like there's a lot of recto-cranial inversion going 'round. Glad you recovered with the aplomb we've become accustomed to. I'd just like to know - exactly whose head was jammed in whose rear end? The answer is vitally important to the continuation of my incredibly rich fantasy life...

It's tough to be wild and witty when your emotional state isn't in it. I hit those on occasion too but I pre-write most of my posts so I have an extensive buffer to draw from. It's like money in the bank...

well all get into these funks occasionally! I hope everything is ok for you, soon.

Michelle: You will be able to tell after reading Thursday's post if I am on the road to recovery. Cheers!!
