Stuffing Ebony Sausage

I hope you all had a wunnerful weekend. I did too...thanks for askin'.

On Saturday, Schmoop got her hair cut. And then yesterday, she asked that I color it for her.

I, of course obliged, being the fucking great guy that I am. But...this isn't about me.

Anyhoo...

After hanging out with Ryno, I came home. Schmoop and I drank beer and I applied the color which SHE had chosen.

You see, it use to be this auburn kinda thing...

Schmoop wanted to go darker this time, so she picked out someting called, Brown/Black...I applied it...

And ladies, and gentlemen...this is how it came out. I dig it. While she is letting it grow on her...she hated it...

So, in order to appease her, I cooked.

Let me tell ya...A few months ago, it was snowing and we had "no" food, but I discovered something.

In the cabinet, I found a box of stuffing, a can of kidney beans, and in the fridge...a pound of burger.

I made what has become something Schmoop and I dig. It's called Hamburger Stuffing, but this time I used sausage...

I brown the sausage...

Make the box of stuffing according to directions and add kidney beans. But please...instead of water to the stuffing, add a can of chicken broth...

After that, I mix the sausage and stuffing stuff and put it into a baking dish...I also sprinkle cheese and parsley on top, but it's not mandatory...

And then...I bake it at 450 for 15 minutes...

After it sets for a few, I served it up to Schmoop with some sour cream and Frank's Hot Sauce on top...

And there you have it folks...something incredibly tasty, incredibly easy, and incredibly inexpensive...

Gone from 10-9 today, but if you will, let Schmoop know what you think about her hair color...And mind you, she would like the truth.

Cheers!!

I really like the new color Schmoop, very flattering!

Your dinner sounds yummy except for the sausage part, I'm not big on sausage.

PS-It was 90 today and I was going to send you a sweaty cleavage shot to make up for the dearth of dripping boobies at the Beer Mine yesterday but it turns out perspiration shows up better on tan chicks, not so much on fair skinned mystery chicks.

Chick: I think it shows off her eyes even more than the red hair as well...And let me tell ya, I love milky white cleavage...Just ask Schmoop. Cheers Chick!!

Schmoop wears both colors well. I think the auburn say "daring" a bit more.

Schmoop said...

Jeff: I don't disagree, but it's different color. It's like having sex with a different chick...should I have it with her. Cheers Jeff!!

You are so creative in the kitchen! (Although, frankly if it's got sour cream on top of it, I'll likely eat it! - Yeah, I know how that sounded: Get your mind out of the gutter.)

Steve and I both like the dark hair - it really sets off Schmoop's eyes. Well done!

Oh, yeah, it was really hot today here, too, but I didn't even *think* about a sweaty boob shot. Fortunately, because it's Phoenix, it will just as hot, if not hotter, tomorrow! Maybe then I'll remember! Ha!

Schmoop said...

Rat: HA!! You didn't have to add the last caveat. I could tell reading you comments, that someone had a buzz. That's scary. Cheers and here's to you, and your sweaty or not boobs. Cheers Rat!!

Whoa! You're good! It was *only* one 22 oz glass of Pilsner!

Schmoop said...

Rat: Remind me to invite you over for "a" beer. I like that. Cheers Rat!!

The hair thing is hard to tell because the color is off a little in the first picture.

But I love the 'look' you're getting in the second picture. I'll bet you see that a lot.

I'm definitely digging the dark hair. It works on Schmoop. Cause Schmoop is hawt. ;-)

I think her hair looks absolutely fabulous. I covet it…and that’s some serious, biblical shit!

Damn but that concoction you cooked looks mouth wateringly delicious. Would you believe that they do not even have sour cream here?

I think the hair color look great!!!

Schmoop said...

Mike: That was the color in the first picture. I was red. And ha, yeah, I do get that look frequently. Cheers Mike!!

Jay: Ha...I love you man, and Schmoop loves ya even more. cheers Jay!!

Scott: Ha. Good one. And let me tell ya. I have become so good at making something from nothing. I almost prefer it that way, it's like a crative outlet in culinary form. Cheers Scott!!

Schmoop said...

Shanel: Thanks for chiming in. I like it too, and as I kinda mentioned I think she is getting used to it. Cheers Shanel!!

While the red implied "hawt" the brown actually is "hawt".

That casserole sounds like something I would make, without the meat of course.

I love the hair color!

As to cheese not being manditory? That's just wrong. Of course cheese is mandatory!

I feel ya Schmoop, I have no fuckin clue what my natural color is anymore but I went darker this time and I HATED it until last week. It kinda grew on me. I think what you picked looks natural & it's a change so I'd just roll with it til I got bored. It looks good, I ain't lying.

Matty if I ever get into television I'm gonna make a syndicated comedy/cooking show just for you and air it during the 'Idol' timeslot on PBS. You do come up with some kickass recipes for those times when there's 'no food' to be found! ;) Happy Monday, hope it doesn't blow.

I like the dark hair, it makes you look even cuter, and about 24 years old.

Forgive me, but IMHFO (the f stands for fucking - as if ya didn't know, haha) I think the auburn color is most flattering to her BEAUTIFUL blue eyes!! As for the dish, mmm, mmm, mmm. Looks great!! If I hadn't changed to vegetarian, I would give it a try. Maybe I will minus the pork and beef. Here's to ya big guy. Oh, yeah, by the way, HAPPY FATHER'S DAY! I hope you were treated exceptional. Cheers Matt!!

I like the new color, Schmoop.
I never had the guts to color my hair, but I can imagine that it's a lot of fun. You MUST feel like a different person, but I get the same feeling when I get mine cut.
To me it's frustrating enough growing a CUT out, let alone having to deal with a different color gowing out as well. That's probably the real reason I never did it - 'cause I do have lots of guts. Ha!

...I haven't had lunch yet, you're making me verrry hungry with that dish.

Schmoop: Oh yeah btw... The new color really is flattering to your skin tone.
Matty: I'm going to hafta photo my kickin milkshake recipe 4 ya, the non alky one and the REALLY good one. I'll take pity on ya & post a sweaty boob shot cos I'm mowing the yard today and its 105F here in Bagwine, Mississippi (did I spell that right? I can never spell 'bagwine'!LMAO)Cheers to ya Schmoop & Matty.

First off...Thank's for that recipe Matt-Man. I will have to keep that in mind when I need to feed the inmates here at Arkham in a hurry.

...and don't take this the wrong way but Schmoop is a doer regardless of hair color. Scha-wing!

But if I had to choose, I would honestly say that black suits her better.....

Hope you had a cleavage filled day, there Matt-zan!

Didn't I say EXACTLY what Mandy said about Schmoop's eyes?? Why yes! Yes I did!!

We've got to do something about your casserole fetish. Mixing all of those foods together just can't be good!

Schmoop said...

Michele: I think it's Hawt as well. Make with the meat for JR. C'mon. Cheers Michele!!

Charlene: Of course cheese is mandatory, but it would be just duckie w/o it if there was none on hand. Cheers Charlene!!

Dingo: I call her Boston Blackie now. And I have kicked around the idea of a cooking show before. Let's make the magic happen!! Cheers Doll!!

Schmoop said...

Red: I have always had a thing for dark hair so I am biased. 24? Really? Cheers Norm!!

Bobby: Yeah, the red and blue are quite nice together, but...eh. And yeah it would be w/just the stuffing and the beans. FD was great, thanks. Cheers Michelle!!

Dish: I like the dark hair and milky white skin too. Cheers Dish!!

Evil: Thanks, I am good at applying things. Oh, you meant the color dintcha? Cheers ETW!!

Dice: Ha...When I did Schmoop's for the first time a couple of years ago she a skeered too. Bu tthe sight of gray calmed her fears. And yeah, that casserole is good and incredibly filling. Cheers Dice!!

Dingo: Mmmmmmmmm, a sweaty boob shot. You are too damn kind. You could also take the pic with your milkshake spilled over them. Cheers Doll!!

Joker: Yeah when in ahurry, this meal takes little time at all. And yeah, Schmoop is a doer. If ya can get past her bad attitude ; ) Cheers Joker!!

Mandy: I think you are correct and the cleavage wasn't bad today. Cheers Jane!!

Dana: Why yes, yes you did. In regards to casseroles...I can't stop myself. It's so much throwing shit together. Cheers Dana!!

Matt-Cheese is almost always mandatory!I am going to make this dish sounds a little odd but sometimes those are the best.

Schmoop's hair is awesome.

Schmoop said...

Irene: I agree on the cheese. And thanks for hait critique. Cheers Irene!!

I think the new color looks great but then I also liked the previous.

I would love to show up at your place with a basket of mystery ingredients and see what you could produce...but what to choose??? maybe an artichoke, a cow's tongue, a can of asparagus (just cause I hate it mushy), three cucumbers and two goose eggs.
