He has been talking about friends dropping friends because they know someone else who’s said friend doesn’t like him or her…
Or whatever…you know what I mean…
It’s fine to drop someone on Facebook, not read them on Blogger, or no longer follow them on Twitter, but if you are going to do so…
Fucking do it!!
Oh my God, what is with this High School mentality that permeates the internets!?
And that mentality goes beyond merely “de-friending”.
This entire internets thing amuses me. It’s grade/junior high/high school for adults.
Be they 25 or 75...Adults act like kids on here.
Blogger, Facebook, and even more so, Twitter, people lie, cheat, steal, and more “impo-tently” are fucking obnoxious…
Mainly to themselves.
I watch people join social networks in the name of making friends and end up enjoying the hell out of disassociating themselves from others.
It’s hi-larryous and at the same time…quite sad.
I don’t know why they do it, but there are people out there who enjoy crapping on others or at least trying to.
Don’t get me wrong, I love calling an asshole an asshole, but I never do it to make myself feel better. I do it because it’s fun!!
But seriously…Why do people get on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, and the like and end up merely being pissed off all the time?
I need answers people, ‘cause it’s driving me nuts!!
Cheers!!

You raise some good questions and juvenile behavior seems very common.
As for me, myself and I, I have only un-friend someone when I've found their posts to be so inane and frequent that they clutter my page with such boring drivel that I can't stand it any more.
David: And I apologize for you de-friending. Cheers David!!
Some of us are just bitter, angry people. And Twitter gives us a place to let out that anger.
Jay: I DISAGREE AND YOU CANNOT TELL ME OTHERWISE!! Cheers Funny Man!!
Damn Matt-man, YOU'VE ALREADY DONE THE FAKE INDIGNATION!!!! CRAP!!!!!
Either I'm completely ignorant or I don't have those types on my friend lists. I think some people just like constant drama in their lives. Not me!
I am soooo glad that I refuse to learn your new fangled ways!!
Hey that sounds like fun. I never
de-friended anybody other than Richy in the 6th grade. We were BEST friends, then he came at me swinging one day screaming so I was forced to fight back. His girlfriend had told him she liked me. So he blamed me.
Well, he wasn't my friend any more and I got the girl! Wendy. ha ha ha
Mike: Jay is a great set-up guy. Cheers Mike!!
ETW: I only know of a few, but this guy I know and who is on Facebook, knows an inordininate number of wackos. Cheers ETW!!
Beth: You're like the Un-Frozen Cave Man Lawyer. Cheers and Zoves!!
Micky: Ha. You've been really funny of late. I like it. Cheers Mick!!
I have the REAL reason people do this. Those people are people who wish they were "bad ass" but ain't really got the balls to say or do shit that they really wanna do/say. So they hide behind these sites. Its a safe way for them to feel "bad ass". I have a lil "enemy" on FB we are not friends but she friends all my friends and posts shit on my partners wall constantly. It is so hard not to post some shit bout her...Cause trust me, I know some shit. But I do not because well should she turn up dead someday I'd rather not have a paper trail of how much I hated her!
That and I'm pretty bad ass so I'll see her in the real life.
Raquel: Ding Ding Ding. I believe you are correct and have thought the same thing on many occasions.
And please, don't be the cause of this person's death, if you need to get all bad ass, take it out on me. No, really....please? Cheers Roc!!
...Wendy was just using Mic to get to me...
P-Man: Ha!! You are pfuckin' pfunny. Cheers P-Man!!
It really is very disturbing how people get so angry and pissed off on these social networking and blogs and also in regular life.Maybe it is because I am older but I rarely stay angry for very long as I feel it is a waste of time and life is short and I would rather be laughing.I hate high school mentality!
Irene: You sound just like me. I rarely get extremely pissed off, but when I do, itsa doozie, however, I quickly get over it and move on. Cheers Irene!!
To answer you question:
They do it because they are crazy. In HS they were not in the clique and no matter what they have have acomplished as an adult, they revert to childish behavior thinking the results will be different. They are crazy.
OMG!! You have asked the 10 million dollar question buddy. When you find out, PLEASE let me know. I am going through the same shit. Who are them motherfuckers - anyway? Cheers Matty
Charlene: Ha. "They are crazy" I think that may have summed it best. Cheers Charlene!!
BBG: Woo Hoo, She's Baaaack. And you're going through some shit? I don't like that. Hope things get better soonly. If I need to kill someone for ya let me know. Cheers Michelle!!
My experience has been that these people just want to be surrounded by those who adore them (i.e. those not smart enough to see through them) and then un-friend, unfollow, block, etc. as soon as the gig is up.
They spend their time being nasty, vile and trifling, then try to spin it another direction when confronted with it - without success
They're the playground bullies that never figured out people only pretend to like them.
I'm sure "those" people were the ones that were never chosen when picking teams in gym...
i cant find the like button....
Dana: You seem to know a lot about this. Are you one of "those" people? Cheers Dana!!
VE: Ha. Of course they are. I find it amusing as hell. Cheers Funny Man!!
Clay: Ha. I just laughed out loud reading that. Cheers Clay!!
